Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Ground shipping is a flat rate of $8 on all orders under $500.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders over $500 qualify for free two-day shipping.

Do you offer express shipping?
At this time, we are not offering express shipping because all items are currently available on a pre-order basis.


Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because we are a small brand producing made-to-order pieces, returns and exchanges are difficult for us to accommodate on a large scale.

That said, we understand that special situations can arise, and we are happy to review return or exchange requests on a discretionary, case-by-case basis whenever possible.

Sizing

How does your sizing run?
We follow industry-standard measurements for sizes Extra Small through Extra Large.

What is the Deux Series?
In addition to our standard sizing, we have developed a custom in-house fit system called the Deux Series.

The Deux Series is specifically designed to better accommodate fuller bust proportions while maintaining the intended fit and silhouette of each piece. This allows for a more comfortable and flattering fit without requiring customers to size up overall.


Pre-Orders & Production

What does pre-order mean?
All pieces are currently produced on a pre-order basis. This allows us to produce more intentionally, reduce waste, and maintain a more thoughtful production process.

When will my order ship?
Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks from your order date for production and shipment.

If there are any changes or delays to your timeline, we will reach out to you directly with updates.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I change my order after it has been placed?
If you need to make a change to your order, including sizing, shipping address, or item selection, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@lynseybrigel.com.

Because all pieces are made to order, we cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated once production has begun, but we will always do our best to help.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be eligible for cancellation within a limited window after purchase. Once production has started, cancellations may no longer be possible due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces.

Why do you operate on a made-to-order basis?
We are a small brand producing made-to-order collections in partnership with local New York-based factories. Our production model is intentional by design, allowing us to create thoughtfully, reduce unnecessary waste, and focus on quality over quantity.

We believe in curating a wardrobe, not collecting clothing. That philosophy guides every part of our process, from limited seasonal releases to small production runs and carefully selected materials.

By being deliberate about what we release, we aim to create a new type of wardrobe shaped by instinct rather than excess.
